ひとくち文庫を使用することで、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用をお控えください。

2. サービスの説明

ひとくち文庫は、青空文庫の作品をフレーズ単位で楽しむためのAndroidアプリです。 以下の機能を提供します：

  • 青空文庫から厳選されたフレーズの閲覧
  • スワイプ操作によるフレーズの切り替え
  • 縦書き・横書きの表示切替
  • お気に入りフレーズの保存
  • 自分自身でフレーズを登録・管理する機能

すべてのデータはお使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

3. ユーザーの責任

  • データのバックアップはご自身の責任で行ってください
  • データはお使いのデバイスにのみ保存されます
  • デバイスの問題、アプリの削除、機種変更によるデータ損失は当方の責任ではありません

4. データの所有権

ご自身で登録したデータ（フレーズ、メモなど）はあなたのものです。 当方はサーバー上でデータの収集・保存・アクセスを一切行いません。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる保証もありません。 ひとくち文庫は文学に触れる体験を補助するツールであり、作品の完全な読書体験を保証するものではありません。

6. 規約の変更

規約を更新する場合があります。変更後の継続使用は新しい規約への同意とみなされます。

By using Hitokuchi Bunko, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Hitokuchi Bunko is an Android application for enjoying Aozora Bunko works through short phrases. The app allows you to:

  • Browse curated phrases from Aozora Bunko
  • Switch phrases with swipe gestures
  • Switch between vertical and horizontal text display
  • Save favorite phrases
  • Register and manage your own phrases

All data is stored locally on your device only.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for backing up your own data
  • The app stores data only on your device
  • Data loss due to device issues, app deletion, or device changes is not our responsibility

4. Data Ownership

Data you register yourself (phrases, notes, etc.) belongs to you. We do not collect, store, or access your data on any server.

5. Disclaimer

This app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Hitokuchi Bunko is a tool to assist with experiencing literature and does not guarantee a complete reading experience of the works.

6. Changes to Terms
