1. 規約への同意

Pack Meを使用することで、この規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリの使用をお控えください。

2. サービスの説明

Pack Meは、アウトドア愛好家のためのオフラインギア管理・パッキングリストアプリです。 以下の機能を提供します：

  • 写真、重量、カテゴリでギアを登録・管理
  • 重量トラッキング機能付きのパッキングリスト作成
  • テンプレートを使った素早いリスト作成
  • ベースウェイトと総重量の管理

すべてのデータはお使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。

3. ユーザーの責任

  • データのバックアップはご自身の責任で行ってください
  • データはお使いのデバイスにのみ保存されます
  • デバイスの問題、アプリの削除、機種変更によるデータ損失は当方の責任ではありません
  • 重量の測定値は参考値です。重要なギアの重量は必ずご自身で確認してください

4. データの所有権

作成したすべてのデータ（ギア情報、写真、パッキングリスト）はあなたのものです。 当方はサーバー上でデータの収集・保存・アクセスを一切行いません。

5. 免責事項

本アプリは「現状のまま」提供され、いかなる保証もありません。 Pack Meはギア整理を補助するツールであり、登山やキャンプの準備はこれだけに頼らず行ってください。 アウトドアに出かける前には必ずパッキングを再確認してください。

6. 規約の変更

規約を更新する場合があります。変更後の継続使用は新しい規約への同意とみなされます。

すべてのデータ（ギア情報、写真、パッキングリスト、テンプレート）はお使いのデバイス内にのみ保存されます。 当方はアクセスできません。ギアの写真がデバイス外に送信されることはありません。

本アプリはデータを収集するサードパーティサービスを使用していません。

データ共有

データにアクセスできないため、共有することもありません。

データセキュリティ

データのセキュリティはデバイスのセキュリティに依存します。以下を推奨します：

  • デバイスロック（PIN、指紋認証、Face IDなど）の使用
  • デバイスの定期的なバックアップ
  • エクスポート機能がある場合はその活用

子どものプライバシー

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもからのデータを意図的に収集しません。

2. Description of Service

Pack Me is an offline gear management and packing list application designed for outdoor enthusiasts. The app allows you to:

  • Register and manage your gear with photos, weights, and categories
  • Create packing lists for trips with weight tracking
  • Use templates to quickly create packing lists
  • Track base weight and total weight of your pack

All data is stored locally on your device only.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for backing up your own data
  • The app stores data only on your device
  • Data loss due to device issues, app deletion, or device changes is not our responsibility
  • Weight measurements are for reference only; always verify critical gear weights yourself

4. Data Ownership

All data you create (gear entries, photos, packing lists) belongs to you. We do not collect, store, or access your data on any server.

5. Disclaimer

This app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Pack Me is a tool to assist with gear organization and should not be your sole method of trip preparation. Always double-check your packing before heading outdoors.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
